On 8 November 2018 we invite you to an interactive evening seminar on effective conflict management in Zurich.
Because two individuals will never have exactly the same desires and expectations, conflict is a natural and inevitable part of our interactions with others. It is the tension that keeps people striving to adapt, evolve, change and grow.
The existence of conflict is not the problem, but rather how it is handled. Learning to manage conflict effectively, is therefore an essential life skill that can be a source of creativity and innovation both in your business and your personal life.
In this seminar we will explore the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument which defines five basic modes of behaviour in conflict situations – competing, collaborating, compromising, avoiding, and accommodating.
The aim is to become aware of which mode(s) you might be unconsciously over- or underusing and learn how to purposefully choose the right mode for a given situation in order to best meet your own, and other people’s needs.
The session is sponsored by aequilibre Coaching & Training and will be facilitated by Norun Laahne Thomassen.
