Traditionally, many Swedish and Swiss companies have focused on solving innovation challenges mainly through internal recourses. While this may have worked in the past, the internal approach no longer works fast enough to solve the significant challenges we are facing in sustainability. Incremental innovation in isolation, with full ownership of modest results is rapidly being replaced by radical innovation in co-creation with fair IP sharing of the resulting breakthroughs.
